Tuesday morning felt like a normal working day. The virtual wedding was still not a definite plan, we both thought it was just some crazy spontaneous idea that would not turn into reality.
We had a wedding organizer originally hired for the 24/7/21 wedding, Rufous Wedding Organizer, so we called him and told him about what happened the day before. After having hours of discussion, we came to a conclusion that it might actually turning into our big day! He was so helpful and willing to assist us through this journey. Not wanting to waste anytime, on June 2nd we booked appointments for:
1. Meeting and confirming with Father Hendra at St. Laurentius Church 2. Wedding Rings at Lino and Sons headquarter (Thankfully the owner was an ex client of Nico back in 2018, so he was willing to speed up the making of a set of new rings)
3. Nico's Suit at Central Suit. Nico goes here for ANY suit-required occasion, so he's quite a regular.
4. Steffi's Dress at Cindy Tandiyah. A dear client of Nico's who's also an extraordinary designer. We couldn't believe she agreed to make us a dress in such a short notice!
The day was spent calling and zoom meeting our vendors, trying to picture what it would be like to have a wedding in the middle of a pandemic that is safe and memorable for our dearest family and friends. We also thought of ways to include those who couldn't come to our wedding.
We went over to Nico's house for dinner with his family, making sure that the 30th June Wedding Plan is on.
